Position: Contracts and Procurement Officer

Salary: £39,373 per annum

Location: Manor Row, Bradford

Hours: 37 hours per week

Period of Contract: Permanent

Manningham Housing Association is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Procurement & Contracts Officer to support effective procurement, contract management and supplier performance across the organisation.

This is an important role helping MHA ensure our procurement activities are compliant, efficient and deliver value for money for our tenants and services. You will support the procurement of goods, services and contracts, work closely with internal teams and suppliers, and help maintain strong contract management, audit trails and supplier performance monitoring.

The role will involve supporting tendering, contract renewals, supplier relationships, procurement compliance, risk management and process improvement. You will also help ensure that sustainability, social value and ethical sourcing are embedded in procurement decisions.

We are looking for someone with experience in procurement, purchasing or contract management, with good knowledge of procurement regulations and strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills. Experience in housing, the public sector or construction would be beneficial.
