Mohammed Uddin, Cooptee

Mohammed Uddin has an educational background in accounting and over 17 years of employment experience in banking, with strong competencies in all aspects of management, data analysis, accounts, and customer service. In his role as Financial and Branch Manager for NatWest Group, he has managed and supervised multiple branches across the West Yorkshire region. He serves as the main point of contact for resolving customer complaints and queries, utilizing a one-touch approach to problem-solving that consistently ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Mohammed Uddin proactively identifies customer needs and business opportunities, working closely with other business units to expand cross-selling opportunities. Outside of work, he is actively involved in community and youth work, promoting diversity and bringing together different cultures. He also organizes numerous sports activities for youngsters, contributing to the health and well-being of the younger generation
