We are aware some of our customers have experienced difficulties with double direct payments being taken out of their bank accounts last week via allpay. The problem is nationwide and affecting other customers as well as Manningham Housing. We have been in contact with Allpay and they should have refunded all customers by Tuesday 12th September.
