The Role
Position: Community Development Officer (job share)
Salary: for each post is £ 15,809.33 + £1,000 car allowance per annum (pro-rata)
Location: one post is for Bradford and one for Keighley. Please note that this role requires flexibility in hours due to events that might include evenings and rarely weekends.
Hours: each post will do 18.5 hours per week
Period of Contract: 10-11 months (depending on starting date)
The ideal candidate

We want to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents and communities and are increasing our focus and resources in this area to help residents through these challenging times. We have created this role in our Community Partnership and Investment Team to support this approach.
The role of this post will help us in our drive to work with Manningham Housing residents to identify and develop projects and services that meet local needs.
The post (job share) will be based in Bradford and will cover our homes in Bradford, and post-working mobile will cover our homes in Keighley.
You will work closely with our residents and communities, as well as engage in local and district-wide partnerships to make a difference in the lives of Manningham Housing residents.
Please note that a clean full-driving licence and access to a vehicle are mandatory for this role.
