A chartered property and facilities management professional with over 30 years’ experience across social housing, healthcare, specialist care and supported living.

Throughout his career, he has been passionate about creating safe, welcoming and sustainable environments where people can live and feel confident in the homes and services they use. He has managed diverse property portfolios and led refurbishment, capital investment, compliance and building safety programmes. He enjoys bringing people together, working through challenges and finding practical ways to improve property services while delivering value for Manningham HA and the communities it supports.

He believes that good property management is about more than buildings—it is about creating environments that support people, strengthen communities and help organisations deliver their best.
