Manningham Housing Association has officially celebrated the reopening of Bank House following the completion of its major office refurbishment.
Staff and board members came together for a small gathering to mark the occasion and celebrate the transformation of MHA’s long-standing home in the heart of Bradford.
The refurbishment has created a modern, welcoming and improved working environment for our colleagues and customers, while retaining the character and heritage of this important Bradford building. After several months operating from temporary accommodation at Anchor Court and through home working, our teams are delighted to be back at Bank House and welcoming customers through our doors once again.

The project represents much more than a refreshed office. The improvements support the way MHA works today, creating better spaces for collaboration, customer service and our staff, while investing in the long-term future of Bank House.
A huge thank you goes to Claywood Construction and their contractors, YPM, our Estates and Facilities teams, colleagues, and all the other partners and contractors involved for their hard work and support in making the refurbishment and our return to Bank House possible.
Our office is now officially open, and we are delighted to be home!
