Kazeem Sanusi, Contracts and Procurement Officer

Kazeem joined Manningham Housing Association in September 2026, bringing procurement and contract management experience from the NHS and wider public sector. He is passionate about achieving value for money, building strong supplier relationships, and using procurement as a tool to deliver meaningful social value for local communities. Kazeem also has a keen interest in sustainability and low-carbon innovation, having developed a geopolymer concrete mix design as part of his master’s research at the University of Bradford, exploring more environmentally sustainable alternatives to traditional construction materials. He holds master’s degrees in Advanced Materials Engineering and Construction and Project Management and is a member of Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, reading, playing Scrabble, and supporting Chelsea FC
