This year has been one of real progress at Manningham Housing Association. We delivered outstanding customer satisfaction results, maintained a 4.7-star Google rating, and had our Customer Service Excellence accreditation reaffirmed alongside ISO 30415 for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. We were proud to be recognised across the sector — including winning Landlord of the Year at the Northern Housing Awards and being Highly Commended at the Housing Executive Awards. We also continued investing in homes and communities, launching Phase 2 at Odette’s Point to deliver 16 new family homes, expanding our portfolio at Victoria Road, and strengthening services through digital improvements such as our new telephony system and better customer contact options.
