Event Details

Health and wellbeing conversations, around coping strategies, activities that would relieve stress. This programme also includes writing and an opportunity to improve literacy skills (ESOL tutor). Develop English Skills in talking, listening to building confidence. Improve mental, emotional and social wellbeing.  2 hours a week.
