Social Tenants Access to Information Requirements a.k.a. STAIRs
Under STAIRs our Association from 1st October 2026 is required to publish certain information relating to the management of our tenants homes.
This section of our website categorises data under STAIRs which should assist our tenants to find information regarding management of their home.
From April 2027 our Association will be able to accept requests from our tenants in relation to STAIRs. Further guidance on requests will be published in our STAIRs policy prior to April 2027.
Should you consider that we have not included information in our publication scheme, or that we have unduly redacted information which you consider ought not to be redacted, you can provide suggestions for improvements to this scheme via:

- or via your Neighbourhood Officer
We will normally complete a review within 30 days
