Arif Jamal, Customer Services Officer

Arif Jamal is a customer-focused professional with experience across both Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Social Housing. He began his career within property services in the student accommodation sector in Bradford before transitioning into social housing, where he continues to apply his passion for supporting people and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Throughout his career, Arif has always placed customers at the heart of everything he does. He takes pride in providing a high standard of service, resolving issues effectively and making a positive difference in people’s lives. Building strong relationships, understanding individual needs and ensuring customers feel valued and supported are central to his approach.

Outside of work, Arif is family-oriented and enjoys being actively involved in his local community. He organises and runs a number of snooker events, creating opportunities for people to come together, socialise and enjoy some friendly competition. He is particularly passionate about youth engagement and is committed to encouraging young people to take part in community activities that promote inclusion, teamwork, and personal development.

In his spare time, Arif enjoys watching football and snooker, as well as television dramas and films. He also appreciates good food, with a traditional chicken tikka masala remaining one of his all-time favourites.
