Kevin McAllister is Head of Asset Investment at Connect Housing and has 19 years’ experience in the housing sector. His expertise spans property investment, compliance, repairs, and long-term asset management. Passionate about improving homes and services for residents, as a co-optee, Kevin brings practical sector knowledge, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to good governance. Kevin has lived in Bradford the majority of his life; outside of work, he is a keen runner and volunteers in the local community.

Kevin is not a Board Member but is a Co-optee to the Customer Experience Committee.
