Hayatul Maruf, Customer Services Assistant Apprentice

Maruf joined Manningham Housing Association as a customer service assistant apprentice and is excited to begin his journey within the organisation. He brings a strong background in customer service, having worked across financial services, utilities, and technical support roles.

Maruf has experience supporting a wide range of customers, including those who may be vulnerable, and takes pride in delivering clear, empathetic, and helpful communication. He enjoys working with people, resolving issues, and building positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.

He is particularly interested in developing his skills within the housing sector and contributing to a service that supports the local community. In his spare time, Maruf enjoys spending time with friends and family and exploring opportunities for personal growth
