Tenant Satisfaction Measures

What Are Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM)?

TSMs are standardised metrics used to assess the performance of social housing providers across various key areas, such as repairs, communication, and handling of complaints. These measures ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in the services we provide to our tenants.

The TSMs are made up of 12 satisfaction measures that tenants are surveyed on, on an annual basis and 10 measures that are generated from management information. Registered providers, such as Manningham, are required to publish the results of these measures on an annual basis.

Further information on the TSMs is available on the Government’s website.

As part of the requirements of the TSMs, we are required to publish the approach we have used to generate our satisfaction measures. All documents are in PDF below.
